We walked in the door and was greeted immediately. We add people to the party and they were able to accommodate immediately with no problem. We were seated in Kia area. She was very nice and listened. To all our orders. Was able to execute all orders and drinks perfectly. Jay is the manager and he was very professional and polite also. Will def come back.
I was expecting it to be packed as usual but it wasn’t today. Plenty parking and seating. Food hot & fresh. Unique crispy fish very tasty and they added some sides. Affordable and nice staff. Food came fast and I was full. Broccoli & fried rice had great flavor and I can’t find a negative. Maybe they can add more green vegetable options and also get a better fork.
Raven & Arin are the best. I came in about an hour before closing and they were so sweet. Never rushed me. Food was great. Service was perfect!! Don’t sleep on the Cobb pkwy juicy. Go to the bar!
Sometimes when I’m traveling, I will visit a Juicy Crab location. This location by far had really great service. The hostess was polite, and my waitress, Kamryn, was top notch. She was very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and checked on me often, but was not overbearing. Truly appreciate those who care about the customer experience! After a very long day of work, it was very much appreciated.
Jay was phenomenal. Me and my wife came in on Valentines and received fresh food, great service, all while he was busy with the floor.
Ordered snow crab combo and mussels. The sauce is great nice and spicy. Snack daddy E would probably smash again.
My EXCEPTIONAL Server was Raven. Her very COMPETENT Manager who also checked on me often was Arin. They made my night very enjoyable. Raven made me the best drink I have EVER had. She got my food order right and made sure it was exactly as I requested. Because of these 2 young ladies I will visit Juicy Crab more often BUT I will ONLY visit Smyrna location and ONLY when Raven and Arin are available. Nice atmosphere. Not ghetto at ALL. @BBFLY
We went here for dinner Wednesday night. The place was not packed, we were able to be seated right away. Our server Raven was very nice and took great care of us! Our drinks was refilled constantly and she accommodated a lot of our add ons since we have 2 Messy kids. We ordered combo #10 with snow Crab legs, shrimp, and sausage along with 3 eggs, potatoes, and corn on the Cobb. We choose the juicy sauce mild with the hot one on the side. The hot one is much better, but we had to order the mild for the kids. We also ordered the Cajun green bean, calamari, the juicy noodles with some rice. They were all very good and worth a try! Overall, if you are looking for some comfort food, good seafood boil, and great fried food, this place is definitely worth a visit! This was our first stop right after we landed in Atlanta!
